Terms & Condition and Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit or full amount, you have automatically agreed to the below T&Cs.
Super-flexible bump in and bump out terms
It is up to the event organiser to ensure that external catering is allowed on the premises where they choose to book their event.
Please ask your venue if they require permission slips, public liability or other details and documentation in order for us to fulfil our services on premises.
Our Carts are specifically built to be able to reach in hard to get venues such as venues with no stairs, boats and back yards with narrow side ways - Its one of the reasons it sets us apart from our competitors!
Some venues do require bump in/out surcharges if the right information is not provide.
EG - The Botanic Gardens will incur a $150 surcharge if the organiser has not liaised with park rangers for access.
Booking Procedures:
A 50% Deposit is required if your booking is within a 6 months timeframe made from enquiry.
If your event is within 1 Month of inquiry, full payment will be required.
Bookings beyond 6 months, we will make contact on whether you would like to go ahead with the booking and send you a deposit form at the 6 month mark.
General cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your booking from the time the deposit has been made until 7 days before the event, you'll get 50% of your deposit back.
If cancelled within 7 days of the event, your full 50% deposit is non refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days and you have paid the amount in full, you'll receive 50% of your full amount paid back.
Wet Weather:
It is up to the event organiser to arrange for wet weather alternative for suitable covered service.
Our Carts CANNOT get wet due to power source & staff protection.
If a Wet weather alternative is not arranged/provided at time of arrival and your event is rained out, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
GigiFIAT: If you have booked Gigi FIAT for your event and the weather on the day predicts rain, you will notified and allocated one our classic carts.
Should we have no Classic carts on the day, and no wet weather alternative has been made for Gigi FIAT, you will receive a %50 refund.
Sydney CBD Events: Please liaise with your loading dock management for access availability for parking for our vehicle. Should parking not be provided, we will invoice the cost of the parking after the event.
Parking Fines: If ample parking or loading space and time cannot be provided/allocated to legally execute bump in/out and our vehicle receive infringement charges, these charges will be passed on to the organiser.

Our obligations to you:
Should we need to cancel your event due to circumstances out of our control, you will receive a full refund.
